Tony Collins
Before EonCoat, Tony Collins founded and ran Turbine Generator Maintenance, Inc. (TGM), a leading independent service provider for gas and steam turbines. In 2007, when he sold TGM to a private equity firm, the company had customers in 47 states and 15 countries.
Tony Collins began his career in 1978 at Allis Chalmers, Inc., where he was a Field Service Engineer who conducted turbine-generator overhauls in many locations around the globe.
Tony graduated with his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology. He and his wife Sandy live in Sims, North Carolina.
As CEO of EonCoat, Tony oversees all operations and research. His background in engineering allows him to regularly discover methods to not only improve our coatings and corrosion prevention methods but how to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and, most importantly, the safety of our coatings.
His hands-on approach does not stop at our headquarters, Tony is the first to pack his bags and fly out to support our network of Certified EonCoat Applicators domestically and abroad. If he can be of support, count on him being there.
