Our team shows a painting expert firsthand the benefits of EonCoat
Check out our foreman and scientist Daniel Flores teaching one of the best in the business (Andy Robbins of A&K painting) how to properly use EonCoat industrial coating.
The video shows how to check for a temperature increase to insure that the reaction is driven to completion. In Andy’s first spray the material is applied very thin and the temperature rise is only 4 degrees Fahrenheit. That isn’t quite enough to be certain the reaction is driven all the way to completion – we want at least 7 degrees. To achieve that increase, Andy applies the coating a little more thoroughly and the temperature rise is now 14 degrees, well above the minimum threshold.
Wondering why no one is wearing a breathing apparatus as they would be with ordinary paints? No VOC’s, hazardous air pollutants or odor is the reason.
