As you know, we do a lot of R&D at the EonCoat facility in Wilson, NC. What you may not know is that we also spend a great deal of time thinking “outside the box” on ways to train contractors on how to use and apply EonCoat effectively.
We want to make sure that a business transaction with EonCoat doesn’t end at us selling you 100 gallons of coating. We take our relationships with contractors very seriously and view them as lifelong partnerships. With that in mind, we are currently busy developing ways that make learning how to apply EonCoat as easy as possible. A full-scale training program is on the way, but in the meantime we have done things like have contractors come in for full demonstrations with the EonCoat staff and we have even hired an entire video team to shoot a video tutorial on how to spray EonCoat using a 2-part pump setup with a plural (2K) spray system called the Predator.
Let us know what you think. If you are a contractor, what questions do you have in terms of how EonCoat needs to be applied? Feel free to ask us in the comment section and we’ll make sure to address those questions in an upcoming Coat It! post.
